Haily brings more than a decade of experience in research, policy analysis, and judicial‑branch operations. Before joining the Washington State Women’s Commission, she served in the Office of Judicial and Legislative Relations at the Administrative Office of the Courts, where she supported the agency’s legislative work, coordinated interbranch engagement, and supervised court association support staff. She also served as a deputy lobbyist for both the agency and the judicial branch.
Haily holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Washington School of Law. Her doctoral research focused on the development of evidence‑based policies and programs within the criminal legal system, strengthening her commitment to accessible, data‑informed policymaking.
She is grateful for the opportunity to bring her experience to the Women’s Commission and to support its work on behalf of women and girls across Washington State. Outside of work, Haily enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordon, and their daughter, Charlie.
