With a career span of 20+ years, Malia has achieved significant milestones both in the US and abroad. She has championed sustainable program development, ensuring that the organizational initiatives of her work create lasting impact. Malia excels in development and specializes in expanding an organization’s mission capacity, allowing it to reach a larger community. Her commitment extends to providing skills development to staff, boards, and communities, fostering growth and leadership.
As an educator, Malia believes deeply in supporting the future generation of women on their path to claiming their power. She previously served as a Lecturer/Faculty in Business, Leadership, and Communications at several universities in the US and internationally, sharing her knowledge and expertise.
