Misheel Ildbaatar
Youth Ambassador Volunteer Coordinator, Dress for Success Seattle
Misheel Ildbaatar is passionate about making sure young people and underrepresented
communities have a voice in the decisions that affect their lives. She currently works as the
Volunteer Coordinator at Dress for Success Seattle, supporting programs that empower women
to achieve economic independence. Alongside this role, she manages Alex Newman’s
Edmonds City Council campaign, where she leads community outreach, fundraising, and
volunteer engagement.
She graduated from University of Washington Bothell with a degree in Law, Economics, and
Public Policy with a minor in Human Rights. Misheel has also served as a Policy Fellow at
ReadyNation Washington with Pathwaves Washington and worked in the Washington State
Senate, gaining experience in policy research, advocacy, and community engagement.
As a Youth Ambassador to the Women’s Commission, Misheel is excited to elevate youth
perspectives, strengthen connections, and help ensure that young people’s voices are included
in policymaking
