
Riddhi Mukhopadhyay
Executive Director, Sexual Violence Law Center
Riddhi Mukhopadhyay (she/they) is the Executive Director at the Sexual Violence Law Center. Working with survivors for over 20 years, Riddhi started out as an interpreter for immigrant survivors, then worked as both a domestic violence and sexual assault advocate and now is a victims’ rights attorney.
Riddhi is a former public defender and started her legal career as a Berkeley Law Foundation Legal Fellow with the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. Riddhi previously was co-director on Legal Voice’s shared leadership team.
She serves on the Judicial Institute Board and the National Crime Victim Law Institute’s Advisory Council and previously served on the Washington Supreme Court’s Gender & Justice Commission and Seattle’s Immigrant & Refugee Commission. She has taught as adjunct faculty at both Seattle University School of Law and University of Washington School of Law.
